Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with FINTOS\'s goals and objectives. Oversee all digital platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content. Leads Generation : Create innovative campaigns to generate leads, focusing on high-quality prospects. Utilize various digital channels and tools to widen the reach and deepen the impact of our marketing efforts. Conversion Optimization : Apply data-driven approaches to optimize conversion rates. Continuously test and refine marketing tactics based on performance analytics and market trends. Team Management and Developmen t: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Budget Management : Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources towards activities with the highest ROI. Partnership and Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. Brand Management : Uphold and enhance FINTOS\'s brand identity across all marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message. Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role, preferably in the finance or tech industry. Proven track record in leading successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on leads generation and conversion. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
