To lead the planning, development, and integrated excellence execution of marketing and business initiatives, to deliver against business targets.
Specifically, to lead key business initiatives, including business model innovation, new product launches, long term strategic planning over various stages of the consumer journey.
This role exists to ensure the plans are executed with high level of cross- functional integration towards expectations required for market leading growth
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and shape the strategic in-market plans, in execution of a fully integrated closed-loop consumer and professional experience.
Leverage and represent as the key contact point to SEA/AP stakeholders. Contribute and lead cross-functional teams to operationalize alternative business models that leverage innovation, digital technologies and new methodologies that generate value and achieve business results.
Drive consistency and elevate to a new standard of execution in-market in relation to 360 consumer and professional communications against brand plans that grow Acuvue\xc2\xae Brand equity, usage, consumption and loyalty.
Lead business analysis and development of annual marketing plan for the assigned product platform to grow category and shares, countering competitor activities
Lead business-planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and act as team leader managing resources of marketing projects.
Engage, align with regional Vision Care team, leveraging Malaysia as a Centre of Excellence or Test Market to develop consumer & shopper communication or adaptation campaigns, including online, connected commerce, CRM PR, print, POSM.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated product launches and new initiatives.
Align, leverage regional and/or global guidance to lead Malaysia research projects such as Growth Lever, GFK and other consumer insight market research studies.
Perform analysis on consumer, shopper, retail market and category trends, pricing, competition and campaigns tracking to understand opportunities and potential.
Lead & support in-country efficient A&P allocation; with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analysis to maximize investments against planned results.
Lead peers and in cross function projects
Lead & represent Malaysia in key meetings as well as business reviews to maximize support for Malaysia to accelerate growth

Key Requirement:
University educated in business or related disciplines.
At least 7 years of brand/marketing management experience.
Strength in digital marketing and innovations, ideally with background in eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
Proven track record of ability to brand strategy based on strong consumer, shopper, retail, professional & customer insights.
Experience and knowledgeable in Professional marketing & retail
