About the job Marketing Manger - F&B

Our client operates Food & Beverage in Thailand and Malaysia. In Thailand. They are one of Thailand\'s fastest growing F&B companies with more than 95 branches across Thailand in 7 years and are launching their retail outlets in Malaysia in 2023.\xef\xbb\xbf

Strategic brand and communication management (30%)

  • Analyze sales, market, consumer research and brand analysis to create and manage marketing campaign (Branding and Promotional campaign) working closely with in-house team and agencies for the execution level.
  • Online marketing campaign is one of our key pillars, you will lead a strategic marketing communications plan both online and offline including budgets and timeline management to meet the business strategic goals.
  • Proceed branding and marketing communication enhancement and improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness and value added on media spending.
  • Conduct a monthly market analysis and communication report.
Marketing material execution (40%)
  • You will embody the role of a "Content Guru." Your responsibilities will encompass crafting messages for both art direction briefs, adeptly assuming the role of a copywriter, media planning and skillfully optimizing advertisements.
  • Adapt brand materials though all touchpoints (Both Online and Offline) to ensure an ideal fit for the Malaysian target market.
  • Be the lead for brand properties, managing updates and communications through owned channels.
Digital Marketing management (30%)
  • Formulating and crafting a digital content plan that aligns with the brand essence and online landscape, utilizing a content calendar and maximizing the allocated budget for boosted advertising.
  • Media planning and Ads optimization skills are required.
  • Other duties to be assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Minimum bachelors degree in business or marketing fields
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Marketing-related or advertising/media agency roles
  • Good Command of English and BM
  • Self-driven, accountable and passion for results
  • Resourceful, energetic, and eager to drive impact.
  • Adaptive, innovative, and agile
  • Growth mindset with shared vision to grow the company
  • Strong business acumen with adept problem solving skills

  • Travel within Malaysia especially Klang Valley
