Job Description

Job Responsibility Conduct sales and marketing activities in a designated territory, from lead generation to closure, to meet set targets and achieve sales objectives. Plan and execute direct marketing initiatives as per directives provided by the Head of Department and within agreed-upon budgets. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and provide training to stakeholders. Engage in effective business discussions with customers, business owners, and decision-makers. Maintaining relationships with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Source for new business market, conduct market research and analyze data, monitor competitor\'s activities. Assist on preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and others. Involve the back end of e-commerce marketing and address operational issues on online platforms Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree. Must possess a positive mindset and be able to work under pressure. Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal customer. Sales driven and meeting Sales Goals. Must be willing to participate in various team activities. Outgoing and pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills and customer service skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel Must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang.
