Minimum of 1 years of marketing support experience. Preferable with MNC and/or IT industry working experiences.
Those without experience may apply but will have a longer training period
Demonstrated ability to understand branding compliance (training will be provided)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Training will be provided

Responsibilities

Provide marketing support/communication to the Regional Marketing Manager in working out the marketing budget and fund allocation to the Partners
Support the execution of joint marketing in Asia Pacific/Europe/USA- planning, review, approval and compliance of the marketing plan
Assist in generating Purchase Order and communication to the Partners
Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget
Help in the monitoring of timeline of the marketing cycle
Assist in providing creative review and compliance of brand guideline
Assist partners in submission of their marketing plans
Responsible for the compilation of POE(Proof of Execute) of the marketing campaign and approval of the budget released
