Responsible for the operational aspects of marketing efforts, including but not limited to, setting up vouchers, landing pages, homepage assets, etc.
Manage day to day invoicing and payments such as vendor creation in system and collection/updating of invoices and payment statuses.
Liaise with Regional and Product Team for new features, bugs and errors
Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company
Ensure smooth, accurate and timely execution of marketing efforts like campaigns/partnerships
Requirements :
At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent command of English (mandatory)
Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus
Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive with a knack for getting things done
Practical judgment concerning everyday matters is highly essential coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous project
