Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan and implement annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress. 2. Organise, coordinate and manage all product developments and promotional activities including dealing with suppliers and vendors on the necessary marketing initiatives. 3. Preparation of sales presentations for customer meetings. 4. Full fill the role of \xe2\x80\x9cBrand Guardian\xe2\x80\x9d for the company brand by researching relevant concepts and ideas for marketing content and campaigns. 5. Implement ongoing marketing campaigns through a number of communication channels within the group of companies and work together with the Social Media team in the creation and execution of all promotional activities and campaigns for IG, FB and Google My Business etc. 6. Manage all matters relating to products including product packaging, product labelling, new product acquisition, product bundling etc. and responsible for the logistics and delivery of all marketing materials. 7. Keep abreast with the development of health and wellness industry including identifying suitable social media influencers and collaborators for the company to work with. 8. Customer relationship management including all enquiries in various platforms. 9. Organising and attending trade shows and exhibitions. 10. Ensure all marketing collaterals in www.ketomall.asia, Shopee and Lazada are correctly uploaded (together with the correct photos), priced, with proper descriptions. 11. Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position. REPORTS AND RECONCILIATIONS 1. Manage all relevant documentations and filing including preparation of quotations, invoices, payment vouchers and receipts. 2. Ensure all marketing collaterals are in order and updated. 3. Submit required reports and reconciliation by the 3rd of every month. Qualification Required: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE \xef\x82\xb7 A marketing qualification \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent Microsoft Office skills \xef\x82\xb7 At least 2 years administrative experience in a marketing support role \xef\x82\xb7 Website content development experience, though not essential, is desirable \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES \xef\x82\xb7 Have a positive, proactive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude \xef\x82\xb7 Have personal and professional credibility \xef\x82\xb7 Be confident, dynamic and creative Studio Manager 2 \xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in working to tight deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Have an ability to prioritise and a high attention for detail \xef\x82\xb7 Have excellent organisation skills \xef\x82\xb7 Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral \xef\x82\xb7 Be a team player and willing to step outside the role when required
