• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience in sales within the furniture or related industry
• 100% willingness to travel and work outdoors
• Knowledge in Marketing or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with negotiation abilities
• Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and design aesthetics
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and staying updated on industry trends
• Effective collaboration with internal teams
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin

Tanggungjawab

• Identify potential clients in the furniture market, understand their needs
• Showcase furniture products, highlighting features and benefits
• Work with clients for custom furniture solutions
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order processing
• Provide post-sales assistance, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Stay updated on furniture design trends to align with market demands
• Communicate customer preferences to the design team and contribute to product development
• Represent the company at furniture trade shows
• Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management
