Responsibilities

Responsible to plan and execute monthly event, ensure flow is smooth, monitor, review after event
Plan weekly, monthly and yearly event - branding, training, recognition, recruitment
Maintain good relationship with agents and leaders
Maintains good relationship with partners (Iprop, Blueducks) and other.
Working as a team for Monthly posting - event reminder, monthly top performers, video of event
Prepare monthly newsletter content.
Responsible to arrange Corporate Social Responsibilities
Contacting Leaders or committee to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Understand the needs of leaders and be able to respond effectively with a plan
