: To handle Campaign Management by working with 2 main internal stakeholders Key Account Managers (KAMs)/Relationship Managers (RMs) and the Marketing department Able to lead new projects relating to monetisation of on-platform and/or off-platform solutions and assets including affiliate marketing, online marketing, display ads, live streaming and more Able to develop project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations and coordinate execution of projects Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress Conduct analyses aimed at identifying opportunities and areas for improvement in marketing solutions programmes Ensure that Shopee\'s commitments and seller commitments are fulfilled which includes preparation of advertising agreements, finance invoicing and tracking of entitlements Contribute to brands\' long-term investment in Shopee including proficiency with Facebook, Google and Shopee ads, Affiliate Marketing and other developing platforms Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Involve in the pitching process with KAMs/RMs Requirements: Extreme attention to detail and follow-up as well as a fast turn-around working style is required Ability to multi-task across different levels of granularity, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment Great stakeholder management across internal and external stakeholders Desired experience in marketing presentations, project management, data analyses, and/or digital campaign management Self-driven and a team player
