Prepare a monthly report such as update of the trade campaign, competitor and pricing, sales and marketing activities.
Support campaign activation including retailer mailer and digital post artwork development, Point of Sales Material artwork adaptation, structure development, and coordination and inspection of new store or renovation dress-up.
Manage and monitor social media platforms, including commenting and reviewing SocMed postings.
Prepare all marketing materials and documents required for local authority applications (KKLIU), working closely with regulatory bodies.
Liaise with agencies and regulatory teams to ensure that postings comply with regulations.
Manage website maintenance and updates by coordinating with vendors. Additionally, provide new product information, maintain marketing activity terms and conditions, and make necessary website amendments.
Manage education programs (CMEd and BeCertified), encompassing registration, payment oversight, session coordination, promotional material management, communication with stakeholders, content review, and addressing program-related inquiries and technical issues.
Coordinate events and sponsorships, including health consultant arrangements, report updates on consultations and sales figures, and planning ad-hoc health events at hospitals and universities.
Manage training programs, including in-store and online sessions for new product development and full product training, new staff induction, and monthly bite-size training for product advisors and sales team, involving slide preparation and delivery.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Business or any other related in the fields.
At least 1-2 years\' experience in marketing function.
Applicant with FMCG background have an added advantage.
Able to effectively analyze and interpret data and present recommendations.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Standard office ICT skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including social media.
Ability to work independent and a committed team player who is resourceful and dynamic.
Be able to work well with internal equity in a team environment.
Office based role but must also willing to travel within Klang Valley for events.
