The Role Responsibilities Developing digital marketing plans and strategies to achieve company\'s business goals and objectives, not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, database marketing and content marketing. Plan, execute and manage high engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites. Maintaining and monitoring ongoing company presence on social media. Implementing active digital campaigns to develop brand awareness and generating leads using social media platforms, email marketing and website marketing. Implementing and managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to drive lead generation and customer retention. Developing and planning weekly and monthly social media content and calendars. Tracking, measuring, and analyzing performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns, including providing regular performance reports. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing with internal team. Continuously optimizing websites and landing pages for search engines (SEO), improving user experience and increasing conversion rates. Managing the deliveries of marketing vendors and agencies. Collaborate with internal team to plan and execute marketing activities (events, webinars,etc) Managing marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI. Identifying new opportunities and threats by staying up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour. Ideal Profile Skills Required Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience managing websites, Search Engine Optimization, database marketing, social media marketing and running targeted online campaigns. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and/or display advertising campaigns. Create and manage different formats of content: videos, social content, Instagram Stories/ Reels. Must be able to work with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and/ Photoshop. Knowledge of Google ads and google ads manager is an added advantage. Able to use Mailchimp for email marketing is an added advantage. Proven working experience in digital marketing & analyzing data using tools like Google analytics. Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 2 years\' experience in digital marketing. Degree in Marketing or any related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience and meeting all required skills will be considered.
