Budget and cost analysis experience
Knowledge of social media platforms
SALES SUPPORT ADMIN
Schedule on-site technician/installer jobs via phone calls
Contact customers to arrange installation date and time
Prepare job sheets, sales orders and manage cases
Follow up with technicians regarding unresolved cases and machine repair status (Warranty)
Processing invoices, handling order and facilitating the sales process (Sales)
Update job details in the Customer Relationship Management system
