Minimum SPM/Diploma/ in Business Admin/Sales/Secretarial or equivalent.
Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Oral &Written).
Good in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, familiar with Autocount
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
Attend to sales inquiries, follow-ups & assist salespeople on sales-related matters.
Prepare & handle all related sales documentation and AR & AP.
Liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters.
Generating and prepare the necessary sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Perform all other tasks assigned by the Superior.
