Job Description


MohonKelayakan

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/ in Business Admin/Sales/Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
  • Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Oral &Written).
  • Good in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, familiar with Autocount
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
  • Attend to sales inquiries, follow-ups & assist salespeople on sales-related matters.
  • Prepare & handle all related sales documentation and AR & AP.
  • Liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters.
  • Generating and prepare the necessary sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Superior.
