Understanding of RM software especially Salesforce (preferably)
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Update E-store information in system
Prepare and analyze daily and monthly sale report
Analyze and develop report findings highlighting sales performance, campaign performance, KPI status, improvement actions, customer behavior observations, site trends, etc.
Keep up with trends in the e-commerce space, competitors' activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas
Maintain updates and resolves issues regarding all e-commerce sites
To responsible for plan and implement various online marketing plans for company online store and other online channel e.g. Shopee
To plan the monthly social content calendar, promotional calendar, product launch calendar and marketing activities
To responsible for daily online sales operations of all e-commerce platforms
Assure all aspects of platform content and information are accurate and updated
To support online customer enquiries (presales & after sales) promptly
To responsible for online content creation
To coordinate the courier shipping with designated logistics partners, assist with daily orders, picking and packing when necessary
To manage inventory and ensure stocks are in good quality and within valid shelf life
To work with superior to identify opportunities for new online markets and growth
Prepare regular reports with analysis and planning
To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Liaising with stakeholders and merchants to enhance the product content and promotion campaigns.
Ensuring operations plans are executed according to the project timeline.
Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
Reporting to Head of Operations
Other duties as assigned.
