The Group You\'ll Be A Part OfThe Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\'s business.The Impact You\'ll MakeJob Responsibilities:

• To be based in Kuala Lumpur International Airport Sepang, Selangor
• Coordinate the activities of subordinates involved in the inventory control & MRB related operational tasks
• Review quality issues, cycle counts and any other inventory issues.
• Support special tasks within procedural and established limits
• Handles Inventory Control & MRB related activities including SAP transactions. Any experience will be an added advantage.
• Handling Quality Inspection requests as and when needed.
• Complete material transactions in SAP, creating non-conformance reports in IQMS
• Operates MHE as and when needed. Reachtruck/Order Pickers/Forklift/etc.

What You\'ll DoSafety Protocol:

• Complete all required safety training
• Follow safe work practices by lifting no more than 35 pounds, using ergonomic pads, stretching when needed, etc.
• Adhere to personal/ and product safety guidelines by:
• utilizing appropriate PPE following clean room procedures
• following Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST)
• utilizing fixtures (lift hoists, lift track, gantry cranes, lifting tool) to aid in the assembly of tools
• Perform Risk Management by Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document, correct and/or escalate safety issues/hazards to appropriate individuals/departments
• Respond directly and quickly to unsafe practices; escalate to next level manager (safety representative, lead, supervisor, manager); and escalate any unresolved issues (incorrect use of hoist, poor placement of tools/cords/ladders, etc., not using cones or barriers, PPE misuse)

Who We\'re Looking For

• Diploma in any discipline. Logistics disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Min 1 year of related experience in material handling and inventory control. Fresh graduates can be considered.
• Knowledge of computerized or automated system operations - SAP system experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of record keeping practices
• Knowledge of safety practices
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles
• Skill in operating automotive, materials handling and office equipment
• Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects
• MHE trained - any MHE Handling experience will be an added advantage

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating material handling
• MHE trained - Forklift preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote
