Issue PO to all oversea suppliers
Obtain shipment schedule from all HR oversea
Track and update the status of shipment
Prepare and maintain record of the shipment
Control and record shipment document
Maintain an accurate stock movement sheet
Prepare Delivery Instruction from Port to Sankyu
Provide additional backup support for abnormality condition
Prepare Delivery Instruction from Sankyu to Boon Siew Honda
Prepare regular reports to management
Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

Preferable candidate with Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistic/Warehouse & Supply Chain or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to converse in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage)
Experience : At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing sector is required for this position.
Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, Able to perform order processing, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Knowledgeable on custom procedures.
Able to perform stock take activity at 3rd parties warehouse.
Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
