This position will be part of warehouse team based in Shah Alam, Selangor, running daily operations of outbound activities. It is to ensure that every Delivery Order (DO) are processed timely and accurately pick and pack, and subsequently will be arranged for delivery. Besides being part of outbound section, the incumbent needs to do cross functions with other colleagues, keeps good housekeeping for warehouse, as and when needed. The key responsibilities are as follow;

• Daily picking/packing in accordance with DO and other approved documents, minimize pick and pack errors.
• To ensure day to day warehousing and distribution activities are in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while maintaining the Integrity of staff performance.
• Able to operate reach truck for loading and unloading of goods.
• Timely response to emails on stock status / picking or and other related inquiries from but not limited to the Commercial or Customer Service team.
• To assist in daily cycle count \xe2\x80\x93 to do a cross check between stock list and System when discrepancy exist.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• To ensure all forklifts and reach trucks are maintained as per SOP.
• Compliance to related Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) procedures applicable to the department adhered to at all times.
• To ensure workstation / warehouse are always in clean and tidy.
• Maintaining high standards of internal customer service.
• To assist in other duties as and when needed.

• Minimum SPM certification
• At least one year experience in warehouse operations
• computer literate with knowledge in WMS (SAPWM \xe2\x80\x93 preferable), MS office, Ms Outlook to reads and reply emails.
• able to operate forklift / reach truck.
• Responsible & Positive attitude.
