Job Description
- This role is responsible for customer demand analysis, production planning as well as delivery lead time.
- This role reports to Plant Manager and leading a team of 2-3 members.
- Responsible for analyzing customer demand and identifying delivery problems.
- Ensuring production planning is optimized.
- Ensuring direct & indirect materials arrive on time and accurate quantity, at the lower cost
- Driving MRP/SAP System
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (suppliers) to ensure the right custom procedure to maximize duty exemption.
- Analyze transportation mode and packaging to meet cost target.
- Verify correct data after the cycle count and approve inventory adjustment if exceeding tolerance.
- Lead and support in Physical Inventory activity.
- Develop logistic plan and strategy to reach target lead time and cost.
- Develop inventory turns, total inbound freight, supplier reject, supplier delivery to achieve a target
- Work closely with warehouse operation
- Coaching team members
- Ad hoc task duties
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, or any other related studies.
- 10 years of working experience in material buying, production control. Inventory control and product planning under JIT.
- Supply Chain Management understanding, Customer (OEM) knowledge, Project Management
- Knowledge in using MRP or SAP System
- Sense of urgency & awareness.
- Fluent in English - strong interpersonal and communication skills
