• This role is reporting to Material Planning Manager
• This role is responsible to monitor and manage downstream material needs due to rejection or shortage, initiate shipping arrangement with suppliers for replenishment, monitor and manage disposal arrangement for rejected, expired and unwanted parts and/or

materials.

Claims replacement and PSPO arrangement:
- Daily basis review and analysis of reject parts
- To get part prices for replacement purchase with suppliers adn shipping costs for approval of plant director
- To monitor and confirm replacement and PSPO parts arrival tally with orders and ensure good updating in SAP system.

Buffer stocks replenishment:
1. To work with Internal Logistics team for updated buffer stocks level.
2. To work closely with Quality team for parts of highest rejection
3. To propose, get approval and arrange for replenishment of buffer stocks.
4. To monitor and confirm buffer stocks arrival tally with orders and ensure good updating in SAP system.Rejected, expired and unwanted (e.g.: excess and obsolete) stocks disposal:
1. To work with Internal Logistics team for list of rejected, expired and unwanted parts.
2. To explore for all possible solutions for disposal
3. To propose, get approval and arrange for each disposal solution agreed.
4. To confirm physical disposal is done accordingly and ensure good updating in SAP system.

Other shipping or delivery arrangements:
1. To receive, evaluate and arrange for ad hoc requests from dealers/importers to loan parts from plant and to monitor and
follow up of part replacement for each loan made.
2. To assist other teams e.g.: Project, Engineering, Quality, etc. for shipping arrangements or courier service
3. To monitor and confirm physical (delivery or receiving) movement and ensure good updating in SAP system.

• Bachelor Dgree in Logistics. Supply Chain Management, Operations or any related field.
• Experience in-depth knowledge in import/export shipments (land, sea, air) including customes regulations, international shippong regulations and trade terms.
• Highly capable to compile and collate data from various sources, analyse data from various perspectives and propose solutions.
• Proficient in understanding inventory movement in SAP and Excel
• Effective communication with various stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage.
