1. To receive all goods into the warehouse and ensuring stipulated in supporting documents (delivery note , receiving reports) 2. To properly stock/store finished goods in orderly manner. 3. To ensure proper record keeping and document reconciliation. 4. To review and verify all stock report. 5. To compile and submit stock inventory weekly and monthly reports to Manager. 6. Ensure physical stocks and stock record are reconciled, kept correct and update at all time. 7. Ensure FIFO and monitor physical inventory. 8. To conduct monthly stock take for all the time in the warehouse. 9. To identify areas of improvement and be able to introduce the new developed structures of SOP. 10. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. 11. To maintain and practice good housekeeping and to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse. 12. Assist others ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager. 13. To monitor Level 2 KPI as per target and required action plan for not achieved KPI as per IATF 16919:2016 requirements.
