Assist in recruiting and hiring for the most best applicants to meet the needs of a MB Star front \xe2\x80\x93 line. \xef\x82\xb7 Train, coach and manage all cashiering policies and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct daily customer service feedback with the customer comment form, compile and feedback to Restaurant Manager. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the consistency of high standards of QSCV at all times, especially in service at the front-end. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market survey on any potential marketing opportunities (indoor and outdoor) \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with Restaurant Manager on marketing plan and set the goals and objectives. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and execute and effective, fun and memorable marketing activities.
