We are assisting our reputable Construction Client to look for potentials to join their expending team in Langkawi

• Salary: RM4,000.00 to RM5,000.00 / mth

• Willing to work on 12 Months Renewable Contract basis

About the role:

• Assist Project Manager in managing all M&E related works at construction site.
• To liaise with subcontractors and client / consultants to ensure all M&E works are carried out as per drawings & specifications.
• Where necessary, identify and recommend improvements in M&E designs and construction techniques.
• Conduct M&E sub-contractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Monitor and keep record of all M&E work activities at site for reporting.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in verification of M&E sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 progress claims.
• Liaising with government authorities when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in M&E Construction Field is required for this position.
• Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills
• Must be willing to be based in Langkawi
• Willing to work on 12 Months Renewable Contract basis
