Job Description

To assist the M&E engineer to supervise all M&E construction works at the project site.

To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project sites.

To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices

To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.

To monitor the carrying out of inspection and tests by M&E sub-contractors as per "Inspection and Test Plans" and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.

To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.

Experience in construction (M&E) for minimum 3 years.

Experience in high rise building will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
