Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance

Monitor, operate, and maintain M&E systems such as HVAC, gensets, lift, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Respond promptly to breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

Technical Support

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of M&E-related projects, renovations, and system upgrades. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure work quality, compliance, and timely completion. Review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to support project implementation.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all M&E systems comply with authority regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Maintain proper documentation of inspection records, permits, and maintenance logs. Support audits, inspections, and risk assessments related to M&E systems.

Energy & Cost Management

Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water) and propose efficiency improvement initiatives. Recommend cost-effective maintenance and energy-saving measures.

Team & Reporting

Supervise technicians and coordinate daily M&E activities. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Prepare reports on maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and project progress for management review.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in M&E maintenance, preferably in facilities management, warehouses, manufacturing, or building services. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work on standby, shifts, or overtime when required. Valid driver's license B2 & D.
