Job Description
: * Planning and monitoring project implementation for M&E works on site and to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
- Supervise and assess the site construction to ensure compliance with technical, contractual, quality, legal and health & safety standards.
- Liaison with authority for all submission and approval within timeframe for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and occupation permit on M&E matters.
- Oversee and monitor work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works programme, contract and specification.
- Coordinate updates to Mechanical and Electrical statutory requirements based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years working experience in construction and property development industry.
- Experience in Consultancy Firm with site experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in delivered of at least one project successfully from pre-planning stage to post-construction stage.
- Experience in delivered of mix development with shopping mall podium and commercial or residential towers will be an added advantage.
