Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff and organizing and monitoring contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of work processing, site preparation and build-out.
- Conduct daily inspections for compliance and site safety.
- Managing a team and oversee their team\xe2\x80\x99s workflow, or the tasks required to complete a job.
- Analyze and prepare list of materials to be order to fulfil the need of the project.
- Ensure materials, tools and machinery are proper arrange and safe keeping on site.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior
- Candidate must posses at least a SPM, STPM or any related discipline.
- have M&E knowledge/background
Contract length: 12-24 months Salary: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 02/15/2023
