: * Responsible for planning, implementation of M & E work at site.

Manage daily M & E operations at site.
Monitors M & E work programs and quality control.
Liaises with M & E sub-contractors and to close-up all internal and external NSRs.
Prepares M & E progress report and Site Diary.
Prepares all M & E correspondences and minutes of M & E coordination meeting.
Prepares as-built drawings for M & E works.
To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.
To receive, inspect and verify building materials delivered at site.
To ensure safety measures are implemented at site.

Requirement: * Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
