1. To provide site supervision, co-ordination and monitoring to the construction activities carried out at the site of all projects development, particularly in mechanical & electrical works. 2. To supervise superior in witnessing various tests, keeping records of tests and checking quality of the NSC, sub contractor\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day works at the site. 3. Ensure that all mechanical & electrical works are being carried out in strict accordance to consultant\xe2\x80\x99s drawings and specifications, and make sure quality standards are achieved. 4. Keep track of M&E NSC and sub contractor\xe2\x80\x99s work progress and advise superior on any wrong doings or incorrect method of installation by the NSC and subcontractors. 5. Area of responsibilities includes but not limited to all mechanical & electrical works such as concealed electrical & ELV wiring, ACMV Installation, lift installation, firefighting installation etc.
