Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Technician is assigned Primary and Secondary duties in the supervision all M&E works and assist building HT chargeman and reporting to Operation Manager.To trouble shoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipment\xe2\x80\x99sEnsure all electrical fittings are in good working orderReplace fused, fluorescent tubes, chokes, starter, fuses, etc when the need arisesPerform service, installation to all Electrical, ACMV, Fire System inclusive card access, security and BASCoordinate with landscape maintenance vendors.To do periodic preventive maintenance on all M&E equipment\xe2\x80\x99sTo attend all breakdown promptly at all timesAttend to complaints or feedback by tenants relating to building electrical works and follow up with contractors to ensure rectification works are carried out and keep tenants informed of the progress of such works.Assist in the handing over taking over of tenanted premises including follow up on electrical worksInspection of additions, alteration and reinstatement works relating to fitting out services in the building.Take care of all firefighting services, PA System, Fa\xc3\xa7ade lighting, lifts, escalator, fire panels, intercom, gondola, turnstile and etcCheck all domestic tanks firefighting water tanks and carry out inspection to fire pumps.To ensure all pumps \xe2\x80\x93 wet riser, & sprinkler pumps in working order.Must be able to travel by bike to attend breakdownsPerform weekly facilities inspection. To withdraw job request from OVSC (job request system) and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.To assist FC/client representative to perform preparation for the planned maintenance in CMMS system. (Get ready permit-to-work, assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed)Prepare facilities job report for every visit in logbook or in softcopy if provided.This includes repair maintenance and servicing for all fire panel in the buildingOverall assist to FC and client representative which is not far from the job scope.24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s on below system:Assist in renovation work carried out by tenants.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Know each Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables and supervise those.Provide feedback and support for the monthly Contractor meetings and reviewsLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
