(A) Electrical Works c/w HVAC

1. To operate air-conditioning plant system such as centralized chillers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, cooling towers & etc. Check floor VAV\'s, FCU\'s / ACU.

2. Check AHU\'s (motor, bearing guard, VSD, switch board, belting).

3. Replace fused bulb, fluorescent tubes, ballast & etc at office floors.

4. To trouble shoot faulty wirings.

5. To record down switch board meter readings.

6. To check and replace \'Keluar" sign, Emergency light and replace fused bulbs (electrical risers, computer risers, telephone risers).

7. To install new light fittings, power points, check and replace building compound lightings.

8. To attend breakdown call as and when required.

9. To assist contractor to repair any building M&E equipments.

10. To check Ventilation System (exhaust fans, supply fans, pressurization fans, smoke fill fans).

(B) Plumbing Works

1. To check water level at suction tank & storage tank, repair toilet cistern tank and replace faulty toilet bowl, faulty tap, faulty bidet hose, replace minor leakage piping, clear blockage piping for toilet & hawker stall, clear sanistral machine, to run UPVC new piping for drainage systems, check submissible pumps and sewerage injector pumps.

(C) Carpentry Works

1. Repair fire doors, door handles, door stoppers, door closure, chairs, replace latch, hinges, etc.

(D) Painting Works

1. Check & painting to fire doors, staircase wall, hand railing, car park wall, car park lining and pipings, etc.

(E) Masonry Work

1. Tiling work, cementing work, brick work, etc.

(F) Control Room

1. Operate and monitor CCTV System, IFC 3030, Firemen Intercom, P.A. System, CMS, Lift Monitoring System, Building Auto Mission System, Investigate incidents through CCTV System, To coordinate emergency evacuation, To coordinate with EFT, etc.

(G) In House Rescue Team

1. To be ERT Team, assist to conduct in house fire fighting, bomb threat, terror training, assist Emergency Evacuation Drill.

(H) Adhoc Job (External)

1. To attend breakdown at Chairman residence.

2. To attend breakdown at Robson Height Bungalows.

3. To attend breakdown at Segambut Store.

(I) Adhoc Job (Internal)

1. Replace ceiling boards.

2. Moving safe.

3. Varnishing work.

4. Car Park System.

5. Trouble shoot shuttle gate if faulty.

6. Assist to rescue man trap in the lifts.

7. Standby for annual Genting Group of Companies Annual General Meetings.

8. Assist Fire & Rescue (BOMBA) for yearly Fire Certificate inspections.

9. Assist contractor on renovation works.

10. Assist to inspect after completion of renovation and refurbishment work.

11. Assist contractor to carry out fogging at basements.

12. Assist Fire Fighting contractor to do monthly fire fighting service.

13. Assist Air-Conditioning contractor to do monthly AHU filter and cooling tower servicing.

14. Assist BAS contractor to do monthly servicing.

15. Assist to perform yeraly service to H.T. switch gear, LV switch board, chillerplant switch board, ventilation switch board.

16. Manage workshop sub stock & up keep of stock items.
