Job Description
As a
Foreman (Span Alignment)
, you will be part of the site team to support span alignment works for our major projects. This is anentry-level position
- no prior experience required, as training will be provided.Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in planning and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment for daily site work. Checking and ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and reporting if maintenance is needed. Working with engineers and surveyors to follow the schedule and ensure alignment is accurate. Learning and following the project work methods (Method Statements) and safety procedures. Keeping simple records of site progress, levels, and alignment according to drawings. Supporting safety inspections, identifying unsafe conditions, and helping the team fix issues. Taking part in environmental and safety practices (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Management
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or school leavers who are keen to build a career in the construction and mechanical field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
