Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Supervise daily operations and maintenance of the building, focusing on electrical systems, HVAC (air conditioning, chillers, AHUs), plumbing, and mechanical ventilation
Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, lighting, and other systems to ensure smooth mall operations.
Monitor the works carried out by in-house technicians and outsourced contractors (cleaning, pest control, housekeeping, etc.).
Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with all outsourced contractors at all times.
Troubleshoot energy supply, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems.
Maintain escalators, lifts, and other mechanical equipment according to ensure the efficiency of the facilities.
Support event teams with electrical and lighting installation for decorations or events.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and spare parts; recommend purchases as needed.
Respond promptly and tactfully to tenant requests related to M&E issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
