Job Description
Location: Kedah Rubber City
:
Manage and supervise M&E works at the project site, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Review and coordinate construction drawings, design changes, and technical issues. Prepare M&E work schedules and ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance. Monitor subcontractors' performance, workmanship, and material usage. Oversee equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with civil and structural teams to resolve on-site conflicts. Liaise with authorities or clients for inspections, testing, and handover compliance. Prepare technical documents, progress reports, and equipment records.
Job Qualification:
Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering fields. Experience in M&E construction or project management (factory, building, or infrastructure projects preferred). Familiar with Malaysian M&E codes, standards, and approval procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant design software. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Responsible and able to work independently at site. Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
