s:- Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programmed.

Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
Supervise day-to-day site works
Handle the project supervision and documentation
Manage M&E subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Job Requirements:-

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical.
Working experience in local consultancy risk.
Prefer 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to learn and work under pressure
Team player with good working attitude
Knowledge in Microsoft Office & AutoCad.
