Job Description

Supervise and monitor M&E installation works

on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines

for smooth workflow, work sequence, and resolution of technical issues.

Review and approve M&E technical submittals, shop drawings, and material submissions

before installation.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

for M&E systems, including testing and commissioning.

Assist in preparation of reports, NCRs, and documentation

related to M&E works.

Ensure adherence to project safety, quality, and schedule requirements

for all M&E activities.

Provide technical support and guidance

to site teams and subcontractors as required. Preferably

1 year and above working experience

in construction-related commercial/contract roles. Good command of

English

and

Mandarin

.

Bahasa Malaysia

is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
