Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge in M&E systems and building services.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
- Oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations and maintenance.
- Plan, manage, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
- Review and approve technical drawings and documents.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on project matters.
- Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
