Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the teams of mechanics in the daily maintenance of plant machineries Monitor the work progress of mechanics and make recommendation on their training needs Liaises with the machineries and spare part suppliers for parts replacement which conforms to the procurement requirements Studies and recommends design modification to ensure smooth production Plan and supervise periodical preventive maintenance works Gather and analyses data and information on daily maintenance Update and make recommendations on preventive maintenance works to the management Participating in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities Assisting in maintenance planning and scheduling Participating in discussion with other departments in process and quality improvement Directing activities to ensure that installation and operation conform to functional specifications Designing products and systems to interface machines, hardware and software Meeting production and maintenance schedule using ERP system ? And other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior. Suggesting changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew and the productivity

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Other equivalent Engineering Course Working experience in trouble shooting plant machineries & maintenance are added Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills, must be able to share technical experience with team

Salary:

RM3,000 starting basic salary for fresh graduate
