Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To perform installation, preventive maintenance and repair for Precision Air Conditioning System, Split Air Conditioning System, Fire Suppression System, Pre-Action & Sprinkler System, VESDA, etc. that related to Mechanical System.

2. Carry out maintenance, installation, configuration, start-up, testing, commissioning, UAT, troubleshooting, technical support and repairing

3. To assist Service Desk & Service Manager to generate any Technical & RCA Report and attend for Technical Meeting/Training.

4. To perform site survey as and when required by Service Manager or Service Admin Manager.

5. To assist Pre-Sales on Design, Technical Advice and Site Survey.

6. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC (AHU, FCU, split units, etc.)

7. Carry out troubleshooting, repair and replacement works for air-conditioning and related mechanical systems.

8. Conduct routine inspections and performance monitoring to ensure systems are operating efficiently.

9. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and procedures.

10. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

11. Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
