Job Description

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for machinery and equipment (maintenance Planning). Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts. Work closely with other engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. To develop, implement and review guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI). Provide training and support to junior maintenance staff and operators on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures. Participate in initiatives to improve maintenance processes and reduce equipment downtime. Ensure all activities compliance with Company's ISO procedures. Performing other duties or projects as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. 1-2 years of working experience in maintenance environment preferably with manufacturing industry. Familiar with maintenance management systems. An experienced candidate without an engineering background will be considered. Able to work independently, possess integrity and the right sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Fresh graduates with CGPA 2.80 & above are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
