Job Requirements:

Job Scopes:

Support the development and evaluation of new shipbuilding and machinery system design & engineering calculations, and drawings including, selection of propulsion and auxiliary machinery, machinery arrangements, design of shafting and machinery foundations and vibration analysis.
Conduct equipment inspections, survey and evaluate equipment condition and performance, including supplier quality inspections.
Ability to develop comprehensive equipment list and specifications.
Develop and evaluate deck and engine room.
Liaise with design consultant, owner\'s representative, classification surveyor, production, suppliers, etc., on all engineering matters.
Perform ship inspections.
Attend sea trials and factory acceptance test where required.
Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports and presentations.
Monitor engineering drawings and technical documents.
Confirm the material master of purchase parts.
To attend project meetings.
