Job Description

We are seeking a

Mechanical Engineer

to join our team in designing and producing high-quality electrical control panels, including MSB, SSB, DB, and customized automation panels. The role involves mechanical design, fabrication supervision, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all panel structures from design to final assembly.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drawing

Develop mechanical designs and 2D/3D drawings for control panels, enclosures, and related structures. Prepare fabrication drawings for laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Production Monitoring

Oversee fabrication processes including sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and panel assembly. Work closely with production teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality workmanship. Troubleshoot design or production issues and provide technical support to the workshop team.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with the electrical engineering team to integrate mechanical and electrical design. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for materials, components, and outsourced fabrication. Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Conduct inspections of fabricated parts and assemblies. Suggest improvements for cost efficiency, durability, and ease of manufacturing. Ensure proper documentation of design changes and production records.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
