Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product design and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), technical drawings, and product specifications.
• Lead and coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) meetings for all product-related changes.
• Apply product design and development methodologies effectively throughout the design lifecycle.
• Conduct product feasibility studies during the design phase, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Finite Element Simulation, Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), and Stack-Up Tolerance Analysis.
• Provide technical support during product transfer and New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure product specifications and performance standards are met.
• Perform form/fit/function checks and engineering evaluations on products and components.
• Drive Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to optimize cost and performance of existing products.
• Support the design and implementation of jigs and fixtures to facilitate efficient and error-proof assembly (Poka-Yoke).
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the defined budget.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Report work-related incidents and proactively communicate technical findings and ideas with peers and management.

Ensure compliance of all products with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards.
