Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English(Mandarin proficiency is essential as training will be conducted inChina)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution
Professional certification is optional but preferred
Strong knowledge of automation systems, CNC machines, or factory machinery
Certification or training in machine safety, maintenance, or industrial automation is an added advantage
Familiarity with machine or production data management systems is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical capability
Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory machinery and equipment
Support the installation, commissioning, and operation of automation systems
Manage and maintain machine data, records, and maintenance documentation
Improve machine efficiency and production processes
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
Provide technical support to production and operations teams
Assist in evaluating, upgrading, and optimizing machinery performance
Ensure all machinery complies with safety and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot mechanical and automation-related issues
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams
