Position: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a

motivated Mechanical Engineer

to support the early phases of product design, development, and testing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small, dedicated team in shaping the mechanical aspects of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Design and Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive applications. Use CAD software to generate detailed 3D models, simulations, and engineering drawings. Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to material selection and manufacturing process decisions.

2. Testing and Validation

Plan and implement testing protocols to verify performance, durability, and safety of mechanical components. Analyze test data, identify design issues, and work with the team to implement improvements. Ensure all components comply with industry standards and regulations.

3. Project Management

Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure engineering milestones are achieved on schedule. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype builds, testing, and final product deployment. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

4. Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of engineering methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong academic background and enthusiasm for automotive engineering. Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and willingness to learn. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Effective communication and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
