Kelayakan
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Working knowledge of mechanical systems and factory machinery.
Hands-on mindset and comfortable working on the factory floor.
Comfortable troubleshooting routine mechanical issues in a logical and systematic manner.
Comfortable working and communicating with technicians, operators, and supervisors.
Comfortable preparing reports and records using standard office software.
Good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
Willing to work in Bestari Jaya, Selangor.
Tanggungjawab
Support daily factory production and equipment operations to ensure smooth and efficient output.
Provide engineering support during machine setup, adjustment, and operational troubleshooting.
Monitor equipment condition and performance to help prevent unplanned downtime.
Participate in and support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and modification of machinery and equipment.
Work closely with maintenance technicians and production teams to resolve mechanical issues.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
Prepare and maintain engineering records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, SOPs, and company standards.
