Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage and supervise engineering activities. Coordinate with R & D Dept for products improvement, new design & fabrication of prototype. Also enforcement of safety procedures with compliance to safety and health regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process & plant engineering & maintenance planning, directing duties & coordinating in operation. Monitor & review process parameter, process flow efficiency, procedures & standard operating procedures. Analyze & resolve work problem, suggest changes in working condition & use of equipment to increase efficiency of work. Supervisor machinist in carrying out their job. Maintain subordinate motivation level. Interprets company policies to subordinates and enforce safety regulations. Monitor subordinates' productivity level and discipline. Participate & coordinate in product development & new product design. Ad hoc projects & fabrication work. Manage and control jigs and tooling fabrication. Any other job assign by reporting superior and HOD.

Qualification:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering. Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity. Familiar with machinery use in manufacturing of fire fighting or protection equipment. Ability to solve practical problems & deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, specification drawings and etc. Basic PC skill including electronic mail, Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, statistic and etc. Interpersonal, communication, counselling, presentation, negotiation & leadership skills. Ability to manage large group of workforce.
