Requirements

• Possess a Primary School education.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of car repair techniques and procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair methods.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake repairs, and suspension work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for upcoming repairs.
