- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender estimation for MEP works (contractor or consultancy background).
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD and estimation software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy of cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with project, design and procurement teams during the tendering stage.
