The group of companies is an innovative technology company specializing in advanced AI manufacturing, including robotics, drone systems, intelligent automation and machine vision solution. In collaboration with a Malaysian partner and with support from the state government, they have established production facilities in Batu Kawan, Penang. As part of their expansion, they are inviting

engineers at all levels including fresh graduates

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design of industrial equipment, jigs, and robot structures including frames, transmission mechanisms (gears, rails), and component selection (screws, bearings).

Create 3D models (SolidWorks/UG) and 2D drawings (AutoCAD), and generate BOM lists.

Analyze structural strength and stability (stress simulation, vibration check) and optimize designs for assembly, usability, and production.

Collaborate with assembly and electrical engineers to solve structural compatibility issues (e.g., wiring space, mounting holes).

Track machining progress, inspect parts quality, and address structure-related production issues.

Skills Requirements:

Proficient in SolidWorks/UG (preferred) and AutoCAD; capable of completing 3D modeling and engineering drawings independently.

Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, material mechanics, and engineering materials; familiar with component selection standards.

Capable of performing strength analysis and motion simulation (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation).

Familiar with machining processes (CNC, stamping, injection molding) and able to optimize designs accordingly.

Experience in equipment/jig/robot structure design with strong problem-solving skills.
